Rules and Regulations concerning SCC tournaments

When there are enough people present at an SCC meeting to hold a tournament, one will be started immediately following the meeting. The host of the meeting (Acid or Chafed) will determine who is to play who when, and also assign a high rankin officer to watch each game so that every time someone plays, they will be judged as to how well they play and given any number of points from one to five. At the end of a tournament, the points will be added up to determine who won, who came in second, who came in third, and who was totally defeated.

The scoring system is as follows:

1 point - You lost. You got creamed.

2 points - You lost--but you were a hard kill.

3 points - You won, but it took you forever.

4 points - You totally creamed your opponent

And very scarcely,

5 points - You won. You were almost defeated but in a sudden turn of events you won against overwhelming odds.

If you win (or lose) a tournament, you have a chance to gain (or lose) rank. Here's how the system works:

IF YOU COME IN FIRST - Depending on the amount of points you had, you may gain up to 5 ranks.

IF YOU COME IN SECOND - Also depending on the amound of points you had, you may gain up to 3 ranks.

IF YOU COME IN THIRD - You may gain a rank.

IF YOU COME IN FOURTH - You'll get a nice pat on the back

IF YOU COME IN LAST - Depending on the amount of games played and points totalled, you may or may not lose a rank.
